Chemical Week Magazine :: Other EPA Allows Clorox to Promote its Donations to Charities on Pesticide Labels12:54 PM MDT | July 30, 2007 | Kara Sissell EPA has approved a request by Clorox for permission to post information about the company’s contributions to charities on certain product labels regulated under pesticide laws. The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) gives EPA authority over label content to assure that adequate information is posted about pesticide product usage information and warnings.
