Congress to Consider Second OCS Bill

Senators Mary Landrieu (D., LA) and Representative John Peterson (R., PA) say lawmakers on the House and Senate energy committees will consider drafting legislation this year to open additional areas of the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) to oil and gas drilling.
