Akzo Nobel Opens Coatings Plant in Russia

Akzo Nobel says it has opened a €13-million ($17.6 million) powder coating facility at Orekhovo-Zuevo, Russia with two production lines onstream and an additional two lines scheduled for operation by mid-2008.
