Yara buys tech firm

Yara has agreed to acquire H+H Umwelt- und Industrietechnik (Hargesheim, Germany), a leading player in marine selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology. The deal strengthens Yara’s position in NOx emission-control systems. Yara says that, through the acquisition, it continues to develop into an international emission-to-air abatement company, building a wide portfolio of NOx reduction systems.
