Versalis Enters Asian Market With Two New Subsidiaries

Versalis (Milan), a wholly owned subsidiary of ENI (Rome), has entered the Asian market with the opening of its first regional office in Shanghai. The office was inaugurated earlier this month by Versalis CEO Daniele Ferrari. Versalis will operate through ENI Chemicals Trading (Shanghai) and Versalis Pacific Trading (Shanghai), two newly established companies wholly owned by Versalis that will operate directly in China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Australia, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Vietnam, Pakistan, and Bangladesh...
