Vale Postpones $3-Billion Saskatchewan Project

Brazilian mining giant Vale (Rio de Janeiro) will delay a $3-billion potash project it planned for Saskatchewan, Canada, local press reports say. The 2.9 million-m.t./year project was to be part of a larger $10-billion plan for investing in Canada.
