Two-thirds of firms fail to comply with Reach

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) says that two-thirds of companies inspected as part of the second enforcement project of ECHAâ€™s enforcement forum did not comply with one or more provisions of the European Unionâ€™s Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (Reach) and Classification, Labelling, and Packaging (CLP) regulations.
