Two-thirds of firms fail to comply with Reach

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) says that two-thirds of companies inspected as part of the second enforcement project of ECHA’s enforcement forum did not comply with one or more provisions of the European Union’s Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (Reach) and Classification, Labelling, and Packaging (CLP) regulations.
