Train derailment spill

A train derailment in Paulsboro, NJ, caused potentially hazardous vinyl chloride to spill into local air and water, reports say. The derailment, caused by the collapse of a rail bridge in the southern New Jersey town, sent 22 people to an area hospital. Residents in the surrounding neighborhood were also evacuated.
