Yingluck Shinawatra, the prime minister of Thailand, has established a tripartite committee to investigate possible toxic contamination at the Map Ta Phut industrial estate in Thailand, where an explosion and fire on May 5 at the production facility of BST Elastomers, a subsidiary of Bangkok Synthetics (BST), killed 12 people.
