TenCate buys composites firm in United Kingdom

TenCate (Almelo, Netherlands) has announced the acquisition of Amber Composites (Nottingham, UK), a manufacturer of thermoset composites. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Amber Composites specializes in composite materials for high-performance, lightweight structures. The company provides materials and technical expertise to a diverse set of industries, including motorsport, automotive, aerospace, communications, marine, and wind energy.
