Sittenthaler to leave Wacker; Ohler joins board

Ohler: Joins Wacker’s board. Wacker Chemie says that Wilhelm Sittenthaler, executive board member and personnel director, will step down for personal reasons, on 31 December after 30 years with the company. Wacker’s supervisory board has appointed Tobias Ohler to the executive board under a three-year contract, effective 1 January 2013.
