Sibur Selects Linde for World-Scale Olefins Project in Siberia

Sibur (Moscow), Russia’s biggest producer of petrochemicals, says it has awarded a licensing and front-end engineering design (FEED) contract to Linde for a previously announced world-scale olefins plant at Tobolsk, Western Siberia.
