Chemical Week Magazine :: Newsbriefs Sibur Selects Linde for World-Scale Olefins Project in Siberia10:16 AM MDT | June 22, 2012 Sibur (Moscow), Russia’s biggest producer of petrochemicals, says it has awarded a licensing and front-end engineering design (FEED) contract to Linde for a previously announced world-scale olefins plant at Tobolsk, Western Siberia. A contract was signed last week in St. Petersburg, Russia by Sibur chairman and majority shareholder Leonid Mikhelson; Linde chairman and CEO Wolfgang Reitzle; and Linde board member Aldo Belloni.
