Shell May Sell Petchem and Feedstock Plants in France

Shell says it has included its Berre, France complex in a list of French refining assets that are subject to its “strategic review.” The review could lead to divestment of assets, Shell says. “A number of parties have approached us with an interest in purchasing them,” says Rob Routs, executive director/downstream at Shell.
