Sadara Chemical, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical, has awarded a contract to TÃ©cnicas Reunidas (TR) for the Chem-III project that forms part of Sadaraâ€™s previously announced $20-billion production complex at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The contract covers plants that will produce ethylene oxide, propylene glycol, polyols, ethanolamines, ethylene amines, and butyl glycol ether.
