Chemical Week Magazine :: Newsbriefs QP-Shell Plan Advances8:11 AM MDT | July 20, 2012 Qatar Petroleum (QP) and Shell have agreed to progress their previously announced petrochemical project at Ras Laffan, Qatar to the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase. It follows a December 2011 agreement to study construction of the complex. QP is expected to hold an 80% stake in the project and Shell would have the rest.
