Price Increases Boost Rhodia’s Net Profits

Rhodia posted a 24% increase in third-quarter net profits, to €56 million ($71 million), on a 6% hike in like-for-like sales, to €1.22 billion. Recurring Ebitda, before restructuring, and other operating income and expenses, decreased 3%, to €168 million. The rise in net profits reflects “another quarter of strong pricing power,” Rhodia says.
