Chemical Week Magazine :: Newsbriefs Praxair to Sell Air Separation Business in Israel9:50 AM MDT | September 7, 2007 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff Praxair says it has entered into an agreement to sell its majority stake in Maxima Air Separation Center (Ramat Gan, Israel) to Discount Investment Corp. (DIC), one of Israel’s largest holding companies that already owns interest in Maxima. Financial terms were not disclosed. Maxima has two air separation plants and posted sales of $23 million in 2006, Praxair says. Under the agreement, Maxima will continue to distribute Praxair’s products in Israel and will be referred to as a Praxair technology...
