Petronas, Evonik form specialties jv in Malaysia

Petronas and Evonik Industries have announced the signing of a letter of intent to develop jointly a project to produce specialty chemicals within Petronas’s $20-billion refinery and petrochemical integrated development (Rapid) project at Pengerang, in Johor State, Malaysia.
