Perstorp to Build Plasticizer Unit

Perstorp says it will invest €175 million ($237 million) to build a new plant to producer valeric aldehyde and its derivatives 2 propylheptanol (2-PH) alcohol, valeric acid, and a new plasticizer, di-propyl-heptyl-phthalate (DPHP), at its Stenungsund, Sweden complex.
