PPG signs Chinese TiO2 technology agreement

PPG Industries has signed a technology license agreement with Henan Billions Chemicals (Henan, China) to provide Henan Billions the right to use PPG’s chloride-grade titanium dioxide (TiO2) manufacturing technology worldwide. The agreement was finalized after originally announcing the deal in June, and financial terms were not disclosed.
