OpenGate adds profiles

Private equity firm OpenGate Capital (Los Angeles) has signed an agreement with Tessenderlo’s Profialis unit, a major supplier of extruded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) window and door profiles to the building and construction industry in Europe. The transaction is expected to close within 60 days. Financial terms were not disclosed.
