Oman Reshuffles PP Stakes

International Petroleum Investment Co. (IPIC; Abu Dhabi) says it has agreed to acquire a 20% stake in Oman Polypropylene (OPP) from Oman Oil Co. (OOC; Muscat). The deal cuts OOC’s stake in OPP to 40%. The other OPP shareholders are LG International (Seoul) and Gulf Investment Corp. (Safat, Kuwait), each with 20%.
