Chemical Week Magazine :: Newsbriefs Ohio Valley Resources to build nitrogen plant in US Midwest7:22 AM MST | December 14, 2012 Ohio Valley Resources (OVR; Fairfield, IL) is building a $1-billion nitrogen fertilizer plant in Spencer County, IN. The 150-acre plant will produce about 2,420 m.t./day of ammonia and 3,000 m.t./day of urea ammonium nitrate–solution for fertilizer. The project is expected to be complete in 2016 and will employ about 80 workers.
