Nordic Capital to Buy CPS Color Group from Industri Kapital

Private equity firm Industri Kapital (Stockholm) says it has agreed to sell CPS Color Group (Vantaa, Finland), a global supplier of advanced tinting systems, to private equity firm Nordic Capital Fund VI (Stockholm). Financial terms were not disclosed, and the transaction is subject to antitrust authority approvals. CPS serves the paints and coatings, polyvinyl chloride and coated fabrics, and leather finishes industries.
