Momentive Builds Coating Resins Plant in Thailand

Momentive Specialty Chemicals says it will build a plant in the Pinthong Industrial Estate in Chon Buri Province, Thailand. Momentive says the plant will triple its production of acrylic-based resins in the region. Construction of the plant is underway and the completion and commissioning of the plant is expected in the first half of 2013.
