Makhteshim and Agrium Seeking to Buy Nufarm?

Makhteshim Agan Industries (MAI; Tel Aviv) and Agrium (Calgary, AB) have made separate approaches to agchems producer Nufarm (Melbourne) with a view to merging with or acquiring Nufarm, according to Australian and Israeli press reports.
