Lubrizol Plans $200-Million Additives Expansion

Lubrizol says it will invest $200 million during the next 10 years to increase its global additives capacity. The investment includes a new manufacturing plant at Tianjin, China and debottlenecking projects at Bayport and Deer Park, TX as well as Le Havre and Rouen, France. The Tianjin facility will produce marine additives for the export market and will also have driveline and industrial additives blending capabilities and a technical service laboratory.
