Linde acquires home-care company Calea France

Linde has agreed to buy home health-care firm Calea France (Sèvres). Calea had sales of €28 million ($36 million) in 2011. The deal is due to close at the start of 2013. Calea will significantly improve Linde’s position on the French home-care market, which includes infusion, nutrition, and insulin therapy activities, Linde says.
