Lanxess acquires

Lanxess says it has acquired Bond-Laminates (Brilon, Germany), a company that specializes in developing and producing custom-made plastic composite sheets that are reinforced with materials such as glass fibers, for the automotive industry. The two companies have been working together since 2006 on projects with the automotive sector, Lanxess says. The transaction is effective immediately, and Bond-Laminates has become part of the Lanxess high-performance materials...
