Kemira Evaluates Sale of its TiO2 and Sodium Percarbonate Business

Kemira says it is evaluating plans for its pigments and Chemidet businesses, including a potential sale, and expects to be finished with the process by the end of this year. The pigments business produces titanium dioxide (TiO2) at Pori, Finland; operates a technology center in Germany; and owns TRI-K Industries (Northvale, NJ), a cosmetics ingredient supplier.
