Judge Issues Temporary Order in Isobutanol Fray Between Gevo and Butamax

Status Quo: The court order permits Gevo to supply Sasol from Luverne site. A Delaware judge is restricting biobased isobutanol shipments from Gevo’s (Englewood, CO) Luverne, MN plant to existing customers until the court can rule on a preliminary injunction requested by rival producer Butamax Advanced Biofuel (Wilmington, DE).
