Isochem Peptides Unit is Acquired

PolyPeptide Laboratories Group (Hillerød, Denmark) has acquired peptides business NeoMPS from Isochem for an undisclosed amount. NeoMPS has sales of €14.5 million/year ($21 million) and has production at Strasbourg, France and San Diego. Capacity of the Strasbourg plant is being doubled under a €9.5-million investment announced earlier this year. Isochem is the fine chemicals subsidiary of SNPE (Paris).
