Ineos to buy ethane from Consol for import to Europe

Ineos has announced an ethane feedstock purchase agreement with Consol Energy (Pittsburgh). The ethane will be transported through the Mariner East pipeline and terminal system and transported by sea for use in Ineos’s steam cracker complexes in Europe. Supplies will start in 2015.
