Indian Oil hikes LAB

Indian Oil Corp. says it is planning to expand linear alkyl benzene (LAB) capacity at the company’s Vadodara, India, refinery to meet increasing demand. The existing unit, designed to produce 120,000 m.t./year, is the largest LAB facility in the country. Indian Oil is planning to add 25,000 m.t./year of capacity.
