IPPC Report Finds Human Role in Climate Change

The U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPPC) released a summary of its upcoming climate assessment report, which its says concludes that scientists are 90% certain that global warming has been caused by human activity and is responsible for increased hurricane activity.
