HallStar Bags Dow Lines

HallStar says it has acquired a polymeric plasticizers and a polymer additives product line from Dow Chemical. Terms were not disclosed. The acquired products include Dioplex, high molecular weight, long-chain polyester polymeric plasticizers, and Rezilube, polymer additives for formulators of biodegradable lubricant base stocks. HallStar says the acquired products will be integrated into its existing sales, customer service, and manufacturing infrastructure.
