ExxonMobil, Shell Consider Infineum Options

ExxonMobil Chemical and Shell Chemicals have confirmed CW’s report that they are considering options for their Infineum International (Milton Hill, U.K.) lubricant additives joint venture, which may include a divestment (CW, Oct. 31, 2007, p. 13). ExxonMobil and Shell say they have “agreed to evaluate market interest and will be discussing Infineum with several potential buyers.” The companies confirm that J.P.
