(GACL; Vadodara, India) for a previously announced hydrogen peroxide–to–propylene oxide (HPPO) project at Dahej, India. Evonik and GACL signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) in January 2011, under which Evonik planned to build a hydrogen peroxide plant and GACL planned to build a propylene oxide (PO) plant.
