Chemical Week Magazine :: Newsbriefs Ethylene XXI contract goes to Odebrecht consortium6:21 AM MDT | October 5, 2012 The Brazil-Mexico joint venture Braskem Idesa (Mexico City) has awarded a $2.7-billion engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract to a consortium of Odebrecht, Technip and ICA Fluor for EPC work on Ethylene XXI, a worldscale petrochemical complex slated to come online at Coatzacoalcos, Mexico in 2015.
