ECHA invites comments for harmonized classification and labeling of chloralose

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) has invited comments on a proposal for harmonized classification and labeling (CLH) of chloralose (anhydroglucochloral). The hazard classes open for comments are acute toxicity, specific target organ toxicity (single exposure), hazardous to the aquatic environment, and M factors. Chloralose is used as a rodenticide in a slurry formulation and is presented as ready-to-use bait, at a concentration of 4% weight-by-weight.
