Dynea divests Asia unit

Dynea Chemicals (Helsinki), a leading supplier of adhesives and surface solutions, has agreed to sell its Asian division, Dynea Asia/Pacific, to AICA Kogyo (Aichi, Japan), a leading polymer chemistry company, for €150 million ($195 million) in cash on a debt-free basis.
