Dow Buys Out Siam Cement in Polyols-PU Venture

Dow Polyurethanes, a Dow Chemical subsidiary, says it will increase its stake in Pacific Plastics Thailand Ltd. (PPTL) from 49%, to 100%, by purchasing the 51% stake held jointly by Siam Cement and two other partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.
