Chemical Week Magazine :: Newsbriefs Deacero Taps Praxair7:26 AM MDT | April 27, 2012 Praxair says its Praxair Mexico (Mexico City) subsidiary has signed a new contract with Deacero (Garza GarcĂa, Mexico), a leading steel company, to supply oxygen, argon and nitrogen to a new steel plant being built at Ramos Arizpe, in northern Mexico. Praxair will build, own and operate a new cryogenic air separation unit with a capacity of 500 m.t./day, which is expected to start up in early 2014.
