DSM in Discussions to Acquire Cargill Enzymes

DSM says that it is in exclusive discussions to acquire Cargillâ€™s cultures and enzymes business, a leading supplier to the dairy and meat industries with manufacturing operations in Wisconsin and France. It generates annual sales of about â‚¬45 million ($58 million), and employs about 200 people, DSM says.
