DKSH buys Swiss firm

DKSH (Zurich) has acquired Staerkle & Nagler (Zollikon, Switzerland), a specialty chemicals distributor. DKSH says the deal strengthens the European operations of the company’s performance materials business unit. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
