DKSH-Wacker Deal

Market expansion services company DKSH (Zürich) says it has entered into a regional partnership with Wacker-Chemie covering the whole of Southeast Asia; Greater China; and parts of the Indian subcontinent, specifically India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. The partnership is an exclusive distribution agreement, under which DKSH will market the Wacker Biosolutions products fermenter cysteine and bioengineered cyclodextrins, which are sugar compounds marketed under the Cavasol and Cavamax trademarks.
