Cristian Lay buys La Seda EO-EG, PET assets in Spain

Cristian Lay (Jerez de los Caballeros, Spain) has acquired La Seda de Barcelona’s (El Prat de Llobregat, Spain) assets at El Prat and Tarragona, Spain, Cristian Lay announced. The deal was valued at about €16 million ($22 million) in addition to existing inventory and amounts pledged for investments. The sale was first reported in February this year.
