The expansion will involve a double-digit million Swiss franc investment, the company says. Production is expected to begin in September 2013. Houdry dehydrogenation catalysts are used in the petrochemical industry to produce C3- and C4-olefins from light paraffins using the Catofin and Catadiene technologies, which are exclusively licensed through CB&I subsidiary Lummus Technology.
