China dumping rule

The Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom; Beijing) has made a preliminary ruling on a previously announced antidumping probe into imports by China of perchloroethylene from the European Union and United States. Mofcom ruled perchloroethylene from the European Union and United States has been dumped in the Chinese market and it damaged China’s perchloroethylene industry.
