Chemtura Asset Sales?

Chemtura officials say the company is in active discussions on potential asset sales as well as bolt-on acquisitions that could be announced by the end of 2012. “We are working on opportunities to monetize [current] portfolio assets as well as bolt-on investment opportunities in areas of strategic focus,” and may “execute one or more [deals] in the second half” of 2012, Chemtura chairman and CEO Craig Rogerson said on a investor call last week.
